Homemade Restaurant Style Salsa

1/2 of an onion, diced
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can mild Rotel
1/2 teaspoon prepared garlic or 1 clove garlic, diced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 cup cilantro chopped
Juice from 1/2 a lime

Throw everything in a food processor and pulse about
15 times - that's it. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
